• 9th and Berks Street Residential and Mixed-use Development RFP: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from developers interested in acquiring the parcel located at 9th and Berks Streets (1900 North 9th Street). The site is bounded by Berks Streets to the south, 9th Street to the east, Norris Street to the north and the regional rail lines to the west. The site is owned by the City of Philadelphia. • The goal of the Gap Financing Loan Product (the “Product”) is to provide funding for projects on commercial corridors seeking gap financing, anticipated to range between $100,000 and $1,000,000, to supplement already committed senior financing. In addition to closing funding gaps (not to exceed 20% of total projects costs), this product intends to specifically enable projects that emphasize transit access and use, and/or energy efficiency.
